BREAKING DOWN BARRIERS TO CHANGE THE IMAGE OF CYCLING

SHARING STORIES THAT INSPIRE MORE PEOPLE TO RIDE

FEATURED STORY

NEHEMIAH BROWN / THE GIFT OF GRAVEL

“Gravel has been good to me. I've been all over the world to ride my gravel bike. I've been able to see and experience so much through the power of gravel bikes, but a change I would like to see is more black people riding gravel and showing up at gravel events. I'm creating a scholarship program so people who look like me can get access to these gravel events that I like so much." - NEHEMIAH

INTRODUCING COMMUNITY

Community is a series created by Dominique Powers, a renowned photographer who has a special ability to capture personalities in her stunning portraits. She is based in Los Angeles and connects to her community through the bike. We invited Dominque to introduce us to people she meets during her rides and travels. Community captures people who are living the same ethos as Flashpoint MVMNT: having fun while making the bike community more welcoming to everybody.
